Agency vs in-house recruiters: how TRP supports both
TRP separates the company shown to candidates from the agency posting on its behalf. Here's how.
- #recruiters
- #product
Recruitment agencies have a particular problem: candidates apply to brand A's posting, but the recruiter behind the scenes is working at agency B. Most job portals get this wrong — they either show the agency name (kills candidate trust) or show the client (kills agency attribution).
TRP handles both. When a recruiter signs up, they pick "I'm hiring for my own company" or "I'm hiring for clients." Agency recruiters can post the same job under different client companies, and candidates always see the actual hiring company. Behind the scenes, the agency owns the listing, gets the applications, and sees the analytics.
That separation also keeps candidate data clean. The candidate's application links to the hiring company's record — even if the role moves between agencies.
