Terms & conditions

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Sminetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Unit 2 & 3, 4th Floor, Kalpataru Prime Business Park, Plot D3, Road No. 16, Wagle Estate, Thane (West), Maharashtra 400604, India), which operates The Ready Pool (“TRP”). By creating an account or using TRP, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. Who may use TRP

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use TRPon behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. One person may hold one candidate account; recruiter access is governed by the seats your organisation is allocated.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't post fraudulent, misleading or discriminatory job listings, or create fake profiles.
• Don't scrape, mass-harvest, or extract data beyond legitimate hiring or job-seeking use.
• Don't spam, harass, or contact people other than about genuine opportunities.
• Don't attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the platform's security or infrastructure.
• Recruiters: only use candidate data for the role advertised, and keep an honest, responsive pipeline — ghosting candidates is a breach of these terms.

4. Your content & licence

You retain ownership of everything you upload — your profile, résumé, job postings and messages. You grant TRP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content solely to operate the service (for example, to compute your TRP score and match you with jobs or candidates). This licence ends when you remove the content or delete your account, subject to the retention described in our privacy notice.

5. Fees

TRP is currently free for everyone — candidates and recruiters alike. We may introduce paid features in future; if we do, we will make the plan and its terms clear in advance, and no charge will apply retroactively.

6. The TRP score & no guarantee of outcomes

The TRP score and market signals are informational estimates derived from live job data and are provided “as is”. TRP is an introduction and intelligence platform — we do not guarantee interviews, hires, placements, salary outcomes, or the accuracy of any third-party listing. Hiring decisions and offers are made by employers, not by us.

7. Intellectual property

The TRP platform, its design, logos, and the TRP scoring methodology are owned by Sminetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

8. Third-party links & employers

TRPmay link to third-party sites and features listings from employers we do not control. We verify employers before they can post, but we're not responsible for their conduct, listings, or websites. Deal directly with employers at your own discretion.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sminetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, opportunities, data or goodwill, arising from your use of TRP. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sminetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the platform, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. You can close your account at any time from your account settings or via our contact page.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to raise any concern with us first via our contact page or our Grievance Officer, Mr. Alok (grievance@thereadypool.com), so we can try to resolve it quickly.
