What is the TRP Score, and why it matters

Most job portals tell you to "improve your profile" without telling you against what. The TRP Score fixes that.

Every day, we ingest fresh job descriptions from across India and parse them into structured data: must-have skills, nice-to-have skills, experience bands, salary ranges, and locations. Your TRP Score compares your profile against the live distribution of those signals for the role you target.

You see five sub-scores — Skills, Experience, Education, Certification, Location — and a weighted overall. Each sub-score links to specific advice grounded in current market demand: what's increasing in demand, what to learn next, what certifications are worth the time.

The score updates as the market changes. Skills that were nice-to-have last quarter might be must-haves now. The TRP Score notices.
